1. Introduction

Welcome to Akom Bespoke Design ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website or purchasing our custom metalwork products and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Custom Orders

  • All our products are made-to-order and handcrafted based on your specifications.
  • Design approval is required prior to fabrication. Once approved, no design changes will be accepted without additional costs and revised timelines.
  • We reserve the right to decline custom orders that fall outside our production capabilities.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in USD.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate fabrication. The balance is due upon completion and before shipment.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or approved payment platforms.

4. Lead Times & Shipping

  • Typical production time is 4–8 weeks, depending on project scope. Estimated lead times will be provided with your quote.
  • We ship nationwide across the U.S. Shipping timelines vary by location.
  • Akom Bespoke Design is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

5. Delivery & Inspection

  • All products are crated and packed with protective materials for transit.
  • Please inspect your delivery within 48 hours of receipt. Report any damage or missing items immediately with photo documentation.
  • Failure to report issues within this window may void any claim or resolution eligibility.

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Orders canceled after fabrication begins are subject to full payment.

7. Warranty

  • We offer a 1-year limited warranty on craftsmanship and structural integrity.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, exposure to the elements (if not specified for exterior use), or unauthorized alterations.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and written content on our website are the intellectual property of Akom Bespoke Design and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Akom Bespoke Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
